For labor day 2025, some friends and I hiked the Rattlesnake Ledge trail in the Snoqualmie National Forest.
Chester joined us on the hike and got the most compliments possible all the way up and down the mountain. What can I say? He’s a spectacular companion!
There was fairly heavy cloud coverage at the peaks and plenty of fog at the base of the mountain. The hike along the trail was like a fairy-tale, with the fog filling the dense forest and highlighting all the beauty of nature.
There are three ledges or lookouts, each offering a breathtaking view (if it’s not foggy).
This hike is right back on my list, primed for a clear day to see the views! 10/10, would recommend!
